Refund and Return Policy

Return Period

At Era du Parfum, we accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in perfect condition.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.

  • A proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products (perfume), we do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or have had their security seal broken.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used fragrances.

  • Items with damaged or missing packaging/seal.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email if your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If this applies to you, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
